Every workflow gets a call
Each task your team records is called: automate, approve first, investigate, or leave it human. The no list is part of the work.

Lantern, for your team
Lantern is a Chrome extension. Press record, do the task the way you already do it, press stop. Each person checks the steps and screenshots before anything is sent. Emails, phone numbers and addresses are blurred, and typed text is never kept.
A made-up shop and a sample company. Lantern blurred the customer emails on its own.
How it works
Thirty minutes. The booking chat finds a time. Then you get a head start in your trial portal, with an optional AI audit chat, so we skip the basics.
Your team records its repeat work with Lantern, then an owner call. Every workflow scored and called.

A tested voice for every brand, shared team skills, a usage policy, and your first automation.
Monitoring, fixes, upstream changes caught early, and a report every month.

Pricing
Our estimate from those steps: about 1.5 hours of calls for the owner, about five minutes of setup for each person, and for every recording, the task's own length plus about five minutes.
See what you get first. A sample Audit report for a made-up studio: every workflow called, the top three to build first, and what to leave alone.

Pay in the portal. By card or by bank, through Stripe, with every receipt in one place. Paying by bank costs a little less.

Bryce WallsOrange County, CAI run marketing for a global consumer brand and build the AI systems I use every day. Keeplight is that, for your team.
Keeplight is Bryce. He runs your owner and review calls, checks every workflow himself and writes your report.
Most small teams split paid media, analysis and ops across different people, and the work breaks in the handoffs. Bryce has done all three in-house for more than seven years: he runs campaigns, measures them in SQL, and automates the checks so nobody repeats them by hand.
You do. Every account, automation and API key is created in your business's name. If we part ways, it all keeps working.
Claude or ChatGPT for the team workspace, Make for automations by default, and whatever project tool you already run on. If you already use Zapier and someone on your team can manage it, we build there.
We check your client contracts first. Brands with restrictions get a locked setup or are left out entirely, and nothing sensitive goes into an AI tool without written approval.
Monitoring catches it, usually before you do, including automations that run and quietly produce nothing. On a care plan, anything that breaks is looked at within one business day.
It's all in the service agreement, so there is one place to check: refunds, each order's own terms, and cancelling Care or Build.
The booking chat is an automated assistant, not a person. Your answers are attached to your booking so Bryce can prepare for your call, and they're covered by our privacy policy. After you book, the optional AI audit chat in your trial portal asks about your team and workflows; it tells you it's an AI before you start, and you can skip any question. Please don't share client or customer personal data.
Free. About two minutes to book.
